Accounting / Inventory Assistant

This is a shared position assisting our Accounting and Inventory Departments. Duties include daily reconciling of showroom sales, weekly check run, bank reconciliation, journal entries and a variety of inventory related tasks. Candidate will be detail oriented with good follow through and have experience with Microsoft Office.

This is a 30 hour a week position, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours.

Air Duct Cleaning Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:  The Air Duct Cleaning Assistant helps the Technician perform all duties from setting up / breaking down at job sites, assists in cleaning of air ducts, cleaning up of work area and any other requirements to complete jobs in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications: Employee must be dependable, hardworking and customer oriented. Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Carpet Cleaner Assistant

 On-Location Cleaning is looking for Carpet Cleaning Assistants.

 Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the cleaning of carpet, upholstery, drapes and tile in our customer’s home and/or business.

  • Assist in preparing the work vehicle for the day’s activities, including washing and stocking with supplies.

  • Assist with maintenance of the vehicle and equipment, filling out maintenance request forms when needed.

  • Assist Specialist in locating job sites and drive vehicle when necessary.

  • Set up equipment at the job site.

  • Interact with the customer as job knowledge allows.

  • Prepare rooms/areas for cleaning by moving/shifting furniture, picking up items off the floor, etc.

  • Assist Specialist in the cleaning process.

  • Apply topical treatments when requested.

  • Put equipment back into vehicle at completion of the job.

  • Assist in pricing of work and collecting monies when needed including calling into Dispatcher.

  • Other duties assigned by Specialist or Manager.

  • Work in other areas of the company when not needed On-Location.

Must be a hard worker, good driving record, be friendly and outgoing and be able to lift heavy objects. Sales skills and ability to communicate with a diverse population of people also needed.

This job is mainly commission based, and requires the assistant to be outside for part of the time at jobs setting up and breaking down equipment. There will also be some work in the garage or plant areas.
