Shipping & Return Policy


All orders are processed for shipping in 1-2 business days. Orders received after 10am on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Your rug will arrive at your home within 3-10 business days.

Each rug or rug pad shipped within the contiguous United States using standard UPS ground has a $16 minimum shipping charge, or 8% of the item's price, whichever is greater.  Pads that are 5' x 8' or smaller can be rolled with the rug and will be combined with the rug as a single item when determining the shipping cost.  Contact us for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at  Be sure to include whether or not a pad is part of your order when requesting a quote.

Hagopian strives to insure that all rugs arrive at your home in the best possible condition. They are carefully inspected, rolled and wrapped prior to being released to the shipper. Signatures will be required when the rug is delivered, so you may wish to have your rugs shipped to your place of work. It is very important to be sure to inspect your packages at the time of delivery.  If there is any damage or any cause for concern that you see please make sure that the driver notes that the package is damaged in his electronic log, or refuse delivery if the rug itself appears damaged. In either case contact us immediately.

Rugs are rolled tightly for shipping purposes. Some rugs may need 24-48 hours to completely “relax” (depending on humidity) after they are unrolled.

In a perfect world the first rug you choose would work exactly how you envisioned it would when you got it home, but that is not always the case.

Rugs may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.  Rugs must be returned in as-new condition - unused, clean and undamaged.  All rugs are carefully inspected for stains or damage and signed off on before they are shipped out to our clients.  Check the two options below to see which one is right for you.

Option 1: In-Store Returns

Simply bring the rug back with your receipt to any of our showrooms within 14 days for a full refund, or within 30 days to exchange it.  Make sure to bring the credit card with you that was used to purchase the rug.  It's that easy!

Option 2: Shipped Returns

Please contact us at to secure your return authorization.  Once you have received your RA number wrap the rug in the original packaging it was sent in when feasible or place in equivalent protective packaging (the clear plastic painter's tarps available cheaply at any hardware store work great).  Make sure your RA number is written clearly on the exterior of the package, we will be unable to accept any rugs without an RA number and they will be returned to sender.  Ship to the address below.
